A.D. Parties & Events is the exclusive in-house coordination and event design division for our modern venue. With over 15 years of experience, lead planner + designer, Gail Rocquemore, and her expert team work closely with clients to help plan, manage, and successfully execute their special events in a big way.
A catering prep-kitchen is included with the rental of RDES for your professional caterer to use during your event. Includes a large sink, a refrigerator, stainless steel prep table, large microwave. We have easy load-in in the back with a large flat level hydraulic lift warehouse door.
We can help add stunning floral design for your event.
We are here to help you! Year-round availability for site visits, and we’ll always make time to answer all your questions. A venue representative is available during the entirety of your event. If you need help.
Our lounge/dressing area includes plush seating, flat-screen tv, coffee maker, microwave, make-up station, and full-length mirror, sink and counter area, and door hook. Available starting at 9:00 AM on the event day.
This is a perfect area to comfortably prepare for your celebration. Also great as a green room for special guest speakers and entertainers right before a performance. Perhaps you just want a quiet place to meet and have a conversation during your event. This space is ideal!
